The “Popular” Social Networking Tools: -

= information/fact finding, candidate search and contact, job boards, groups, etc…

= short messages to your followers and people following specific keywords

= groups and communities, candidate search and contact

Blogging is About: -

= Your Blog should be an expression yours individual and your company’s values, there needs to be guidelines however it should not be heavily edited by management. Blogs are not meant to be press releases or job boards they should rather give people a peek into a company’s culture and industry.
