TERMS & CONDITIONS

Service Charges prescribed by the company in Recruiting and Staffing Solutions are :

´ For Entry level positions level (0 years to 6 Years Experience) of placement, Genesis Zeal will 8.33 %salary of annual CTC of the placed candidate plus 10.30% service tax as per Government rules from the client.

´ For Senior level (6 years to 10 years of Experience) Genesis Zeal will charge to 10 % of annual CTC of

the placed candidate plus 10.30% service tax as per Government rule from the client.

´ For Top management level (12 years+Years of Experience) Genesis Zeal will charge to 12 % of annual CTC of

the placed candidate plus 10.30% service tax as per Government rule from the client.

Genesis Zeal will collect the payment from its client within 20-30 days of joining in case of HR

and Recruitment and regarding other services terms and conditions will be intimated to the client depending on the

size and budget of the project. Genesis zeal provide the free replacement If the candidate will leave the organization

within 90 days,

Regarding other services from Genesis- After receiving the prerequisite from the client, quotation will be sent

depending on the client, with extensive plans and designs (in case of exhibitions)

Note : The gross remuneration includes Basic + DA + all other monthly allowances ( by whatever namecalled) + all annual benefits including bonus, ex - gratia, LTA, medical etc. retirement benefits like PF, gratuity,superannuation, etc + monetary conversion of all perquisites paid in whatever form and service tax will be chargedas per the rate prevailing from time to time.

On appointment of the candidate a confirmation letter along with the remuneration details should be sent to usfor billing purpose.
