This person will be responsible for finding and hiring top talent. The recruiter will also lead orientation and on- boarding new employees into Revel. Responsibilities: Manage the life-cycle of the recruiting process from candidate sourcing and interviewing through hiring Work with internal teams and managers to identify, interview, and hire needed talent Provide recruitment, interview and candidate selection guidance to hiring managers Work closely with internal managers to assist in developing job descriptions and identifying necessary skills and attributes for candidate success Recruit and secure high potential candidates for roles across the organization based on the needs and forecast of the company Evaluate and present selection of recruiting tools required to fit the needs of the business Evaluate competitive compensation packages and provide information to the executive management team Develop relationships with colleges and attend college fairs and recruiting events Actively use job boards, internet sourcing, social media, and other means to source candidates for open jobs Assist in employer branding and establishing a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation for both internal and external candidates Work in a timely manner to fill key positions quickly Manage on-boarding process to ensure new hires have the tools needed to do their job effectively Other duties as assigned Success Factors: Deep understanding and experience within the healthcare industry Experience with fast paced, high growth tech environments

Experience: • Bachelor's or Master’s degree • 10+ years recruiting for tech companies in the Twin Cities area • Strong communication skills
