How does it work? Using our LMS (Label Management System) you can easily create releases, add tracks and upload your audio and artwork. We also provide tools for importing bulk releases and promo list email addresses. Using our intuitive Promo Sender you can easily send out your promo campaigns to your specified promo lists or individuals. You choose what to send, WAVs, MP3s or both. You choose whether they must give you feedback before they can download, whether you want to enable watermarking, when you want your campaign to expire and more. The Promo Manager is fully customizable. You are in complete control of your campaigns. All promo recipients whether they be DJs, Reviewers, Licensing companies or record labels would then receive an email in their email inboxes (fully branded from your company). Each email is unique to that particular recipient and details all information about the sent release. After clicking the link in the email to visit your promo download page, the recipient can then listen to samples of each track in your campaign. They do this using our large HTML5 audio player with its fully featured waveform display. They can then download the MP3 and/or WAV files of their choice. Statistics and feedback are automatically collated for you the record label to view in real time. Once you have your feedback you can then produce your Feedback Report PDF. This is fully customisable with graphs and all the information you want to be displayed.

• Each promo contains a simple to use feedback form for recipients to complete. This has been streamlined to

provide labels with only the essential information and to also encourage completion. • Unique IP based download tracking, allows the intended recipient and unlimited amount of downloads but restricts

forwarding or sharing.” Tracking of downloads includes date, time, IP address, track and format (MP3 or WAV) and of course the recipient. This information is viewable in real time.

• Easily track promo recipients who have viewed the download page but not downloaded any audio files. Manually send or resend a promo (at no extra charge) to a full Promo List or to an individual recipient.

• Reminder emails can be sent which are tailored to either remind recipients that they have not yet downloaded or to supply feedback if they have already downloaded audio.

• Recipients who have supplied feedback will never receive reminder emails. • Sending of duplicate promos to recipients is intelligently prevented unless you specifically instruct the system to do

so. This means you can send a Promo to the same Promo List over and over again and the system will only send to the recipients that you may have only just added to that list.

• Promotional feedback and support along with best track and a rating is collated ready to be added to your fully customizable feedback report for you to download in PDF and other formats.

• Promo Lists and campaigns can be set so that feedback is either forced, optional or not required which hides the feedback form to all recipients on these lists (i.e. Licensing Recipients).

• DJ Import allows you to upload recipients to any of your promo lists from Excel XLS, Excel XLSX, CSV, TXT. • Our LMS (Label Management System) is accessed online preventing the need for you to install and maintain

Each Promotional Campaign Costs 1.5 Credits - A Single Flat Fee The Promo Manager operates using a credits payment system. Once you’ve purchased credits these are then stored on your account allowing you to spend them as and when you need to. Various payment methods available inc. PayPal, Credit Card and Bank Transfer.

For each promo campaign that you run there is a flat fee charge of 1.5 credits. We do not charge you for bandwidth, for the number of downloads or anything else. You simply pay once, when you start your promo campaign.
