Are there any new changes to the application process?
GRADUATION APPLICATION PROCESS-effective for all students applying for Spring 17
• Students who do not file on time will be charged a $25 late application fee. For example, if an
Undergraduate is planning to complete all of her degree requirements by Spring 17 but missed
the filing deadline, the student will pay the $30 (application/diploma fee) and the $25 late
application fee.
• Undergraduate and Graduate students will not be able to register for courses beyond the
expected graduation term.
• If a student does not complete the requirements for the degree by his/her expected graduation
term, the student will need to fill out a Request to Change Graduation Term form and pay a $25
fee to update the expected graduation term.
How do these changes affect the students that applied for Fall 16?
GRADUATION APPLICATION PROCESS
• The changes to the graduation application process will affect only those students that apply for a
Spring 17 or later term.
• If a student doesn’t complete his/her last remaining requirements for Fall 2016 (and the student
applied for Fall 2016), the application will be deferred to Spring 2017.
• We will be accepting the Financial Aid Request to Change Graduation Term form during the Fall
term if a student needs to move her/her Fall 2016 application. This will be the last term that we
will be using and accepting this form.

• Graduation Applications ( separate application for undergraduate and graduates)
