No human resources are needed to produce, edit and catalog the courses
Buildings (uncentralized signals in some cases)
New Global Workflow for 2010
Room Hardware
Software
New scheduler in order to manage 3 differents capture systems (1 interface per building)
Automatic script for file uploading and metadata completion
Adaptation of Mediaserver public catalog to broadcast new formats
Interface for validating file content and metadata
Complete Architecture
Specificities
Automatic courses capture and cataloging

(teacher, technician, content validator)
Specificities
Uncentralized solution
DisadvantagesA lot of distributed hardware to maintainHuman needs to control room hardware
AdvantagesEconomic (~1700 CHF/Room)Doesn't require centralized signals (e.g. old buildings)
