HOW TOOverdue Guest Email Campaign

There are a few moving parts when it comes to creating, scheduling and reviewing the success of an email campaign. Since we have already loaded the templates for you, we’ll show you how to grab them, send them and monitor their success using analytics.

Featured Template Access the Featured Template to add your own branding and links. 1. From the SalonBiz Central menu, go to Client Communications and

then click Templates. 2. Click on the Featured Templates tab to locate the template. 3. Click the Copy button to copy the template to your Saved Templates. 4. Select Campaigns from the Type drop down menu. 5. Give the template a name and description. You can also enter the

email subject line here. Click the Save button. 6. Once you click Save the template editor will open. You can add your

logo and any specific urls to point to your online booking and social media pages.

7. Click the Save button when you are finished.

Overdue Clients Email Campaign 1. From the SalonBiz Central menu, go to Client Communications and

then click Campaigns Scheduler. 2. Click the Overdue Clients tab, this will create automated emails to

clients that have not been back to the salon within a given number of months. • This campaign runs once per month, choose a date that you wish

the campaign to start. ✴ If you choose the first day of the current month, your campaign

will not start running until the first day of the following month. It will then run on the first day of every subsequent month.

• Choose a time in which you would like your campaign to run. Your client will receive their emails within a few minutes of your chosen time.

• Choose the email template you edited to use for the campaign. • Choose the number of months in which your client has not been

back to the salon. You can choose between 1 and 11 months. ✴ Since the campaign runs monthly and all clients may not book,

some overdue clients may receive repeating emails once per month when the campaign runs.

HOW TOOverdue Guest Campaign Analytics

Campaign Analytics shows your information for your campaigns. You can view open rates and revenue details for bookings that were generated from your emailed marketing campaigns that were sent in the past 90 days.

My Scheduled Jobs The My Scheduled Jobs section at the bottom of the scheduler lists all of the active jobs that are currently scheduled.• Click the Details button on each job to view additional details about

the job including when it was last run. • Click the View button on each job to view a preview of the Template

that you selected for the job. • Click the trash can icon to delete the job and stop it from running.

Analytics It’s a best practice to review your analytics so that you are able to not only find the best time to send emails to your guests, but you can also tweak subject lines and various messages to send top performing campaigns. 1. From the SalonBiz Central menu, click Client Communications, then

Campaign Analytics. The Campaigns Revenue report will automatically load and show you an overview of your campaign data. • Each section of the report is dedicated to a different campaign -

Client Birthdays, First Visits, Overdue Clients, and Top Spenders. • Each time you run an email campaign, a new row of data will be

generated in that campaign’s section on the report. 2. Next to each campaign, there are Service $, Product $ and Chart

buttons. Click Service $ or Product $ to view detailed information about each campaign. • All data in the details popups is based on clients who booked an

appointment or purchased a product within 48 hours of opening their campaign email.

• Filters for each popup will save between viewings of the Analytics report.

HOW TOOverdue Guest Call Campaign

A call campaign is a great way to follow up with your guests! Check out this super easy way to download your list of guests that have not re-booked with you in your specified number of days.

Overdue Guest Call Campaign Since you are already in the Client Communications section of Central, here’s an easy way to grab your list of overdue guests for your call campaign.1. From the SalonBiz Central menu, go to Client Communications and

then click Campaigns. 2. Click the Start button in the Overdue Clients section.

✴ Since we’ve already scheduled the email, we are only using this to set our overdue parameters for our call campaign list.

3. Enter the number of days, select your location and click the Download list button.

4. Click the close button. 5. From the main Campaigns screen, click to refresh the window. You’ll

see a new Download File button, click this to save an excel sheet to your computer you can use to reach out to your overdue guests and book appointments!

HOW TOGift Card Balance

Gift cards are the easiest gift to give! Selling, redeeming and tracking gifts cards sold in your physical store and the ones you sell online is easy. We know that your gift card revenue gives you an opportunity to boost your service productivity.

Gift Card Report 1. From the SalonBiz Central menu, go to Reports and then click Reports

(new). 2. Click on Gift Certificates and then click Gift Certificates by type. 3. Enter your date range. Select a start and end date and then click the

Run Report button. 4. Click the Customize button this allows you to interact with your report. 5. You can click the 3 dot menu in the column headers to customize your

info. 6. Use the export options to export the report and divide for your call

campaign.

HOW TOTestimonial Stats

There’s no better way to say it, we are obsessed! These testimonial graphics are so powerful, we will help you find any stats you need! Here are the steps to find your guest count.

Guest Count 1. From the SalonBiz Central menu, go to Reports and click Reports

(new). 2. Click on Management and then click Daily Summary. 3. Enter your date range. Select a start and end date and then click the

Run Report button. 4. Click the icon on the far right of the screen to collapse the first two

sections of the report. Scroll down until you see your Customer info. 5. Add up your New, Return and Walk-In Customers (for each location).

HOW TOPocket Salon Home Page

The Pocket Salon Home Page is a great way to communicate important information. You can easily add and edit the details or create something totally new to keep your guests’ favorite app fresh.

Create Your Home Page You’ll create your Pocket Salon Home page exactly like your custom email templates. 1. From the SalonBiz Central menu, go to Client Communications and

then click Templates. 2. Click the Start from Scratch button. From the Type drop down menu,

select Pocket Salon Home Page. Give the template a name and add a description.

3. Click the Save and Edit button to enter the editor and build your template. • To edit or view a saved template, from the Filter drop down menu,

select Mobile Advertisement, then click the Edit or View button. You can also click the Gear button to update the template name and description.

4. From the Template Editor, click and drag items from the Content Tab into the body.

5. Once you have added all of your elements, click the Save button to save your changes.

Select Your Template Now that you’ve created a new home page, you will go to the Pocket Admin settings to publish the template so that your guests will be able to view the info on their Pocket Salon home page. 1. From the Central Admin menu, go to Apps and click Pocket Salon. 2. Click Edit and then using the Display promotion template on home

page drop down menu, select the template name to display. 3. Click the Save Changes button.

Now that you’ve been able to reopen, it’s a great time to take a temperature check on your business. In your Communications Suite, get instant actionable feedback from your guests to make sure that the protocols you’ve implemented are making clients feel safe. Via automated emails, clients can give you instant feedback and 5-star reviews after each visit, positively impacting your online presence.

Instant Actionable Feedback When you use Listen360, a component of the SalonBiz Communication Suite you’ll get instant, actionable feedback and make it easy for your guests to post 5-Star reviews. • After their visit, guests will be sent an email asking to score their overall

experience. • Based on their score, they are asked to leave additional feedback by

way of a customizable survey question. • Managers will be notified immediately if a guest leaves a low rating so

that they can follow up accordingly. • Guests who leave a high rating are given the opportunity to publish

their 5-star review!
