Black Diamond Realty LLC is a regional commercial real estate brokerage company that opened its doors on October 1, 2013. Ryan Smyth joined the Black Diamond Realty team in January 2015 and was an integral part of our growth until his departure in June 2016. Ryan came to our team with enthusiasm and a desire to learn the local market. Ryan’s desire to succeed resulted in him understanding our regional market quickly plus achieving several designations that helped set himself apart from his competition. Out of the many contributions, Ryan’s most profound influence on Black Diamond Realty’s success came in the investment arena of commercial real estate. Utilizing his Master’s Degree in Development-Finance, Ryan helped Black Diamond Realty find a market niche in successfully securing, marketing and selling income-producing assets. Ryan’s meticulous underwriting skills helped us secure additional market share in north central WV. Black Diamond Realty still uses Ryan’s offering memorandum presentation as a platform for new projects.
