BERZASIngredients:

500 grams of white beans.2 blood sausage.2 chorizos.100 grams of Spanish ham.100 grams of pork fat.

How to do cook it:

We put the white beans the night before in a container with cold water.Step 1- In a saucepan with cold water we put to boil the white beans, the blood sausage, the two chorizos, the Spanish ham and the pork fat.

Step 2- When it breaks to boil, we slowly stir the stew and let it cook slowly for two hours.

Step 3- In a separate saucepan, we put the cabbage to boil (in some places everything is cooked at the same time).

Step 4- We put the cabbage together with the beans and we stir again so that they mix.

Step 5- We add the small potatoes and if it is nedeed we add hot water.

Step 6- Let it cook slowly.

Step 7- And it is presented in a container all together.

INGREDIENTS: One “Afuega’l pitu cheese” 4 or 5 eggs. 100gr. sugar. 200 liters  cream. 10 gr. flour. Half of a packet of yeast.

DOUGH/ PASTRY: 250 grams butter. 125 grams sugar. One egg. A pinch of salt.

HOW DO IT:STEP 1- we mix all the ingredients in a blender.STEP 2- we knead the pastry and then, this is the base of the cake.STEP 3- we spread the ingredients over the pastry.STEP 4- we put the cake into the oven

(tempeture: 210º) for half an hour.STEP 5- and then we spread the strawberry jam over the cake.

APPLE CAKE

Ingredients :

8 apples , four in a blender12 spoonfuls ok milk 6 spoonfuls of flour 8 spoonfuls of sugar 8 spoonfuls of butter 3 egss

 1 yeast of royal

First , peel all the apples. Cut four apples into pieces and put them in the blender.Add the milk, the flour, the sugar, the egss, the yeast and the melted butter.And mix well with the blender. Coat the pan you are going to use with butter and pour the mixture. Cut the remaining few apples into very thin slices. RICE WITH MILK 

INGEDIENTS: 1 cup of rice 9 cups of milk 1 cup of sugar stick of cinnamon

lemon rind

ELABORATION:1. Boil the milk with a lemon rind and the cinnamon (tie cinnamon so that it does not undo).

2. Add the rice and mix constantly so it is like a cream (2h. approximately.

3. When it is like a cream add the lemon rind and the cinnamon then add the sugar and continue stirring for five minutes more.

4. Put in the individual ingredients and leave it to cool.

5. Put on the table with a bit of cinnamon spice on top.

INGREDIENTS 3eggs                                       Salt200 gr of flour                two spoonfuls  of sugar250 of milk      sugar to sprinkle   

                         HOW TO DO IT In a container we put flour,milk sugar the scrambled eggs and pinch of salt. Mix everything well making sure there are no lumps.The cream needs to stay a light crème.Put some oil in a small flying pan and when it is hot one or two spoonfuls  of the cream into the frying pan. Spread quickly the mixture over the frying pan and leave it until it is golden . the help of a fork mix and leave it to brown on the other side.Once fried put in on a plate  and sprinkle with sugar.Repeat the process until the paste is finished
