Spices: turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt to taste, bit of sugar Method: Blanch Tomatoes by boiling 20-30 seconds, submerge in ice bath, remove skin and dice tomatoes. 1 Onion in microwave for 1 minute with a little bit of water this will blanch onions In a pan put 10-12 cashew nuts, diced up tomatoes, one piece of cardamom and little bit of water and bring it up to a boil. 1 diced blanch onion into this mixture, cooked until nuts are softened, let the mixture cool down. Grind with a bit of water to make a paste Take other two onions, square and separate skins (without blanching) Sauté the onions with a bit of butter till golden and reserve.
