We appreciate enormously your Letter to the Editoron our editorial titled ‘‘Turf Wars and Silos.’’
We agree entirely with it. Your statement that the col-laboration between disciplines fosters clinical problemsolving and will improve patient care is right to thepoint. It remains a source of incredible concern thatmost institutions do not embrace the same concepts.Congratulations on your ability to meld the some-
what different elements together in optimizing outcomeof patients. One could only wish that this approachwill spread throughout the field of healthcare delivery.
