Our software driven alert system facilitates the precise setting of automatic alerts down to a string level. We’ve reduced the time interval between incoming alert signals to issuing work orders to under 30 minutes. Corrective maintenance can then start immediately. If spare parts will be required, we will dispatch them within 24 hours from our Asia-wide spare parts portfolio. Our Asset Management and ROC team will oversee the performance of your solar assets as well as the performance of your local O&M contractor. This saves you the trouble of creating your own internal monitoring system and monitoring team. We offer you a more cost efficient and resilient solution which reduces your OPEX and minimizes potential conflict of interest challenges with a local O&M contractor. As an independent solution provider, we do not simply fulfill the minimum target performance ratios defined in EPC contracts. Instead, we are committed to realizing the maximum return potential of a solar plant which is in your interest as the asset owner. OPEX Savings

We deliver a daily performance report for each of your assets at the close of each business day as well as a comprehensive monthly performance and maintenance report after each month’s end. Both reports are based on your plant’s key performance indicators (KPIs). The reports do not leave you with unanswered questions and offer the highest degree of transparency for you, the asset owner. From the monthly reports you will understand all factors that influenced your energy output and revenues and we will provide recommendations to further improve your plant’s performance. We will also provide you with a web-based access to your performance data so that you gain real-time access to important information. KPIs can be displayed from any internet connected device.
