The JVP 4x4 raised access floor, reason for a choice. Space saving The expected life span of a building is generating costs like maintenance and management that sometimes are much bigger than the initial cost of construction( heating and cooling, power distribution and lighting are clear example). The use of a raised access floor with self bearing gravity laid panels as JVP 4x4 Access Floor System allow the reduction of the total height of the building. In fact thanks to the reduced space of the MEP systems and their crossing, the stringerless substructure and the thin yet robust construction of our panels will implement significantly the void space to the point that will use less space than the one that will be able to generate in terms of saving. Cost saving The use of a raised access floor self bearing gravity laid bare panels as JVP 4x4 Access Floor System will allow to shorten the time construction building time, in fact due to its strong construction it can be installed after the external cladding, and used as a platform working, considering also that the most of time it can be used without stringers. That avoid any delay due to the MEP system, the dry time of the screed, the levelling surface for the removable or dry wall, the movement of the scaffolding. Important aspect of the cost saving is the possibility to use loose lay covering in a second stage, reducing the financial burden of the covering, increasing the flexibility on the Customer choice and use at the best the covering surface reducing the wastage on installation. The construction of a system that will follow the need of MEP on it’s structural grid and the application of covering that will satisfy the need of aesthetic content will clearly save wastage, and time.

Time saving The use of a raised access floor as a working platform during the construction time will reduce the time of installation of MEP components and will clearly speed up the execution of fit out of interiors. This is possible only if the full system of raised access floor used can bear the function of working platform, our floor is made with high performance core enhanced by a fully encasing in hot deep galvanized steel with a special curling joint of the two tray on the top corner of the panel, this type of construction result as a strong and robust surface immediately after its installation. The use of male/female adjustment pedestals provided with locking nuts will implement the strength of the system avoiding any possible rocking of panels even on the tougher condition of jobsite. The mentioned reduction of time on interior fit out installation and the easy circulation and storage of materials on top of our system can easily grant a remarkable saving on construction erection, leaving the finish building ready for occupancy earlier than other type of construction technique. Maintenance saving The use of a raised access floor create naturally the possibility to implement the technical system underneath the floor and in the meantime to maintain, repair the existing system in a easy and time effective way. Nowadays a wide range of loose lay coverings are available to be applied immediately before the entrance of the tenant onto the building. Over and above the tested surface in carpet tile, rubber, PVC we have developed an even wider exclusive range of offered coverings like ceramic tiles, marble, granite, parquet all loose laid without any limitation in size, grid and design. The Client will be able to choose the quality and the type of coverings for its new premises, without any damage during the construction. Moreover that if in the future the need to change the image of the company will be needed, than the cost of changing the covering will be limited to the cost of a new covering only.
