1 INTRODUCTION

1.1 Main objectives and goals

This deliverable continues from deliverable 7.4, making clear the provision of the necessary materialsrequired to promote the project throughout all channels associated with the dissemination work package, including in print, online media, broadcast media (where necessary / appropriate), at community events suchas hackathons, maker fairs, trade shows, and also as part of the toolkit for branding of products and productprototypes, otherwise known as ‘MIX-PRODUCTS’.

This material was produced in association with all consortium partners has now been successfully deployedat the Sonar Innovation Challenge at the 2016 Sonar Festival (http://sic.upf.edu/).

Finally it should be recognised that the images placed inside this document should on no account be takenfrom this document for the purposes of producing visual identity materials. Where required, the full resolutionversions of these images will be made available via the RAPID-MIX WP7 repository, and a press kit will bemade available on the RAPID-MIX website. In addition, if further assistance is required with respect todesign guidance relating to the dissemination work package, in particular with respect to marketing ofRAPID-MIX sets of tools and products, members of the consortium should contact the work package leaderdirectly on a case-by-case basis.

1.2 Methodology

The consortium employed a graphic designer for the purposes of creating the overall brand identity for theRAPID-MIX project. The same designer created all promotional materials and design guidelines for allRAPID-MIX dissemination work packages to date. Further information on how the output of this process wasapplied is available in deliverables 7.2, 7.3, and 7.4. In the case of 7.2, this deliverable clearly shows how theRAPID-MIX website and promotional channels have been designed and deployed.
