How It Works
Pulse surveys can be used as a real-time sentiment monitor to allow feedback submissions from employees on quarterly or monthly intervals.

Measuring Progress
Employee responses are displayed through an online dashboard that compares each pulse survey to the previous pulse. Leaders can easily track progress and measure the effectiveness of their interventions and action planning.
When there is a significant change, up or down, from one period to the next, it serves as a flag for necessary intervention. DecisionWise will automatically generate recommended steps for improvement based on the results.
