ValledoriaValledoria is lazily lying on the valley is developed in the terminal part of the river Coghinas

accompanying until the characteristic to mouth, which is, at least historically, the last

boundary of Sassari compliance with the adjacent region of Gallura.

The name of Valledoria (La Valle Dei Doria) is a summary of the conventional built up by

the promoters of the new autonomous municipality, founded in 1960 by the merger of the

town Codaruina, Santa Maria Coghinas ,La Muddizza, La Ciaccia, borning the first two by

the City of Sedini and the latest from the Castelsardo; Since 1983, Santa Maria Coghinas

also chose the path of administrative autonomy, so that Valledoria is made up of three

villages of Codaruina, La Muddizza and Ciaccia.

The projectThe project includes two individual villas of 110

square meters of SLP, respectively 141 square

The land of DoriaThe North Sardinia in the Middle Ages saw the reign of the Doria family from Genoa.

From Monteleone Rocca Doria, on the west coast near Alghero, to the heart of Gallura

Casteldoria with the name of the place names brings back constantly Genoese patricians

name, a sign of how the population over the centuries, has remained tied to the goodwill of

the old masters , surviving to the first rule of the Aragonese and then Savoiarda.

Near Santa Maria Coghinas remains one of the many buildings of Doria, an old medieval

watchtower, which overlooks the valley and the coast Coghinas from Castelsardo, offering

breathtaking views.

The projectThe Santa Barbara project is the latest in the family

home investment in time.

Following the philosophy of exclusivity

consolidated from previous projects, Santa

Barbara provides for the construction of a

residence near Santa Maria Coghinas in northern

Sardinia. The site of the future residence is located

close to the Casteldoria Spa complex and the

other project Casteldoria Investment House, and

will land on entire hill in the area.

The buildings facing North will have a lovely sea

view. The residence will consist of a series of

buildings of various types, developed over three

floors with basement. In this first phase, for those

interested, you can get a customized interior. In

addition the whole complex will enjoy of a

swimming pool with thermal water indoor and

outdoor, a wellness center with the residence and

a large park with jogging in the countryside.

However the project has been finalised and the

plan of the apartments has been defined.

Santa Maria CoghinasAncient medieval village, Santa Maria Coghinas is developed in a hilly area

dominated by Mediterranean scrub. The country stands out for its interesting tourist

destinations: the ruins of the ancient Doria Castle, built in the XII century by

Brancaleone Doria, the two small Romanesque churches of Santa Maria delle

Grazie and San Giovanni. Santa Maria Coghinas also offers considerable natural

beauty: the river Coghinas, with its lush loops, and hot springs of the nearby Terme

di Casteldoria. The proximity to the sea, the Spa and the river, can engage in many

sporting activities: horseback riding along the beach, kayaking, canoeing,

windsurfing, lake-river navigation, fishing, hiking, climbing and finally wild beaches

and seaside resorts equipped.

The projectThe Residence The Hills of Asfodeli consists of 70 rooms that

offer cost-efficient and flexible solutions, with 2 to 5 room

apartments: ground floor with patio and private garden, first

floor living with balconies and terraces, local materials,

autonomous systems of heating and air conditioning, space

for four-legged friends. The residences will have a center with

swimming pools and thermal water, rest area, club house.

BadesiLocated in the center of the north coast, Badesi is in an ideal position to reach the different

tourist destinations.

The main town is growing slowly up a hill from which the view sweeps across the plains

below and the Gulf of Asinara until to Corsica. Baden is characterized by awide beach 8

km, with all the tourist services and a granite landscape, unmistakable reddish hues

softened by the beautiful reflection of a pristine sea.

The sea with intense shades of blue, has clear waters and abundant fishing that attract

surfers seasonally-casting in major international competitions.

The constant wind makes the place a real paradise for fans of windsurfing.

Lovers of fish found along the river banks of the river Coghinas good fishing sites.

The dunes of fine golden sand, are covered with junipers. Those looking for a Sardinia still

not crowded on tourism, can land in a superb nature, rich in scents of the Mediterranean.

The projectThe Badesi project is the last born in the Investment

House family. Following the philosophy of exclusivity by

now consolidated by the previous projects, Investment

House for Badesi has decided upon the solution of 9

houses and 2 apartments, to diversify the commercial

real estate investment house license plate.
