JustoffFL-363,southofTallahassee,takearightontoBloxhamCutoffRoadandfollowsignstothepark.Hometooneofthelargestanddeepestfreshwaterspringsintheworld,theparkoffersglassbottomboattours,andinwarmermonths,youcanswimwiththemanateesorcannonballoffthediveplatformintothecrystalclearwaters.

Though98sticksclosetotheshorelinethereisn’tawealthofbeachaccessalongtheroute.DipyourtoesintotheGulfviathissleepystripofsandaboutamileandahalffromdowntownCarabelle.Packalunchandcatchsomeshadeattheretro-1950'sbeach-sidepicnicpavilion.
