Sealed tenders affixed with a Revenue stamp of Rs. 10/- (Rupees ten) onlyis invited in two cover system for printing of Academy job work during the year2018-19. (Printing of Academy Job Work 2018-19)

Sealed tenders affixed with Rupee Ten revenue stamp are invited for printing (jf

invitation cards, brouchers, posters, wrappers, envelops , bags, registers, bill booksand other job work for the year 2018-19 which should reach to this office by orbefore 04/04/2018 positively and will be opened on 05/04/2018 at 2 ·PM. Rates maybe quoted in figures as well as in words for the following items. The successfultenderers shall have to make the supply available at Academy office, Lal MandiSrinagar.

1. Offset Printing: of the Registers/Cash books in the following size perregister/ cash book per 1000 impressions:i) 17x27/4 ii) 20x30/4 ill) 17x27/2 iv)

20x30/22. Screen Processing: (including materials) per square inch3. Screen printing: on paper, polythene, Raxine and cloth per colour per 1000

impressions or part thereof in the following sizes:-i) 6x4 ii) 7x5 ill) 8x5 iv) 10x5/2ii) 12x14 (folders, me covers and port-folios)without material

4. Letter Printing: per 1000 impressions or part thereof for the following sizes.-i) 6x4 ii) 7x5 ill) 8x5 iv) 10x5x2ii) 12x14 (folders, file covers and port folios)without materials

5. Screen processing: including materials per square inch.6. Scanner printing: on paper, Polythene, Raxine and cloth per colour per 1000

2. Map litho printing paper in 20x26 (80 GSM size) per ream

3. Map Litho printing paper in 20x30 (70 GSM) per ream

4. Executive Bond paper in 18x23 (80 GSM) size per ream

5. Sunshine Art paper in 20x30 size (90 GSM - 19 kgs) per ream

6. Sunlit Bond paper 18x22 size (7.6 kgs) per ream

7. Art card sunshine in 22x28 size (255 GSM) 15.2 kgs per gross

8. Craft paper for wrappers in 23x36 size per ream

9. Ivory Invitation card with envelops per 100 in the following sizes:-

a) 6x4 b) 7x5 c) 8x5 10x5/2

10. Supply of craft paper bags per 1000 in the following sizes:-

a) 10x14 b) 14x24

Conditions:

1. The tender should be superscribed in bold letters as "Tender for Printing ofAcademy Job Work" otherwise the tender shall not be entertained.

2. The tender should be accompanied with CDR for Rs. 5000/ (Rupees fivethousand) only of any Nationalised bank pledged to the Accounts Officer,J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages, Lal Mandi, Srinagar shouldreach office of the Additional Secretary, J&K Academy of Art, Culture andLanguages, Lal Mandi Srinagar by or before 4th of April 2018. The tender/sshall be opened on 05/04/2018 at 2:00 PM in presence of tenderers who wishto be present.

3. The call deposit shall be refunded to the unsuccessful tenders after the tendersare opened and retained in case of successful tenderers.

4. Tenders should reach this office by or before 04/04/2018 positively, by handor registered post and will be opened on 05/04/2018 in the office chambersof the undersigned. ..

5. Rates quoted for each item shall remain valid for 2018-19 viz upto 31st ofMarch 2019.

6. The work to be allotted during the year 2018-19 may be of the order of 5.00lacs approximately.

7. Any job work to be allotted to the successful tenderer should be completedwithin two days positively. In case of any default, failure or otherwise on partof the successful tenderer, the security deposit shall be liable to be forfeited.

8. Tenders found incomplete shall not be entertained.9. The rates should be quoted both in figures as well as in words.10. Samples of all the supplying items must be enclosed with the tender.11. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in full or part

thereof without assigning any reason thereof.
