Are We On The Cusp of Something Exponential?
I have been greatly enthused by
People who are on the cusp of something exponential.
And it’s not something that is only one thing. It is something that relates to them
individually, as well as to all of us corporately in our firms and work.
What is it?
It’s a “change in thinking and relating”
to be able to operate in this
lousy economy, worse than sad political scene, and any other downers
that we are experiencing corporately in our firms and personally.
Are you ready for the change that’s coming?
Do you know that it’s coming?
Or
Are you unknowingly
stuck in traditions and seemingly comfortable
where you are in what you are doing?
I am reading excellent material and talking with excellent people,
we are leaning how to operate in a future thinking way,
rather than being fearful of what is going on around us.
We are engaging others about this on several avenues.

What does that say to you? Think this through:

the pinnacle of success to the depths of stagnation

One of the main contributors to
CORPORATE STAGNATION AND DECLINE is

My premise is a simple one – because

They make changes. They don’t sit idly by and watch the
business lose market share, suffer margin erosion, see their
competitive value propositions vaporize, or watch their brand go
into decline.
Great CEOs are willing to make the tough decisions…that’s
what they’re paid for. Facing reality, and being able to make
what are often times very painful organizational/structural
decisions are the hallmarks of great CEOs.
