Gail DessimozThe “D” in RDA and COOGail, prior to co-founding RDA, was Director of Sales Promotion for Metromedia, where she was responsible for the development of all promotional materials for the Company, as well as promotions specific to clients in the Cosmetic, Liquor, Travel & Entertainment, Automotive, Wine and Food industries. Using this broad sales promotion expertise, Ms. Dessimoz and Mr. Racz were among the first to integrate diverse marketing disciplines to create total marketing campaigns combining advertising, sales promotion and collateral. Today, RDA’s immersion in new media is a further extension of their commitment to remain on the cutting edge of marketing technologies.
Michael RaczThe “R” in RDA and CEO
Michael Racz co-founded the Agency in 1976 and has pursued its passion-driven marketing approach ever since. Michael’s career began
in account management at some of New York’s largest and finest advertising agencies (McCann Erickson, Compton, DDB, FCB, and
B&B). At FCB, he was Director of Marketing & New Product Development, responsible for dreaming up new products for Clairol
and Bristol Myers. At Compton and B&B, he applied his new product development expertise to Procter & Gamble, and was responsible for
the launch of evergreen packaged goods successes such as Bounce Fabric Softener, Duncan Hines Specialty Mixes and Folgers Coffee.
Gail and Michael have been fortunate enough to combine their personal interests with their passion for work for fields as diverse as gaming, entertainment, audio, automobiles, hospitality, boating, computers, fashion, food & wine, media, software, travel & leisure, and video.
