Ensure your area meeting requirements are covered. Gather them, pass them to one of us in the OC (preferably Rainer) Make sure you get times, logistics, meeting size, AV, content, speaker,
etc requirements
Maximize participation in your groups/regions/areas. Look at the program overall for continuity, consistency,
adherence to RDA principles. Telecon January 8 (tbc) to discuss overall program in
advance of TAB presentation. Also attend as many of the Planning telecons as your schedule permits
