Social Responsibility Towards curbing of carbon footprints at office, 2010 witnessed

 various initiatives including application of renewable energy technologies, moving to paperless operations, and recognition of environmental standards.

Financial organizations— where paper usage is comparatively higher than other sectors—including HSBC India, Max New

 York Life and Standard Chartered Bank continued with the year-before’s resolution of asking their customers to shift to e-statements and e-receipts.
