Ribfest Coffee SalesWhat: Selling coffee and pastries during Ribfest weekend

**100% profit goes to our club**

How much: $50 fee + supplies

When: Thurs., July 18 – Sun., July 21 Shifts: 10 AM – 1 PM; 1 – 4 PM; 4 – 7 PM; 7 – 10

Who: 2 – 3 people per shift

Next steps: Sign up for shifts. Plan what/where to buy stuff. I.e. – Coffee, tea, canisters, muffins, croissants, donuts, Danishes, cups, sugar, milk, cream, other…?? Set prices.

Lights

Symphony of Lights What?

Lighting up the Living Arts Centre during the holidays

Why? Potential to raise up to $10,000

How? Companies sponsor a tree and that we light up and hang a plaque for

approx. 8 weeks There are 13 indoor trees and a handful of outdoor trees to be placed

around the Living Arts Centre

When? Sponsorship: get corporate sponsors – NOW Set up: light all the trees in late November – need a team of 20-30 Reception: for the sponsors around the holidays in December Take down: in mid-January

Proposed sponsorship packages: Bronze Package ($600)

Includes: 1 Unlit Indoor Christmas Tree Plaque with Sponsor Name

Silver Package ($750) Includes:

1 Lit Indoor Christmas Tree Plaque with Sponsor Name

Gold Package ($1000*) Includes:

1 Outdoor Lit Tree 1 Indoor Lit Christmas Tree Plaque with Sponsor Name (both indoor and outdoor)

*Early Bird Special (until July 31st): $900
