Dairy Depot Burglary Attempt Investigated

NORTH TONAWANDA — An attempted burglary at the Foss Dairy Depot, 401 Payne Ave., i« under investigation by police today. Mrs. Lucille Foss, owner, told police the unsuccessful burglar broke a window and forced the lock on the east side of the build­ing.

Investigation is being made by Detective Lt. Emll Grzen> kowski and Detective Frank Matone. .
