My brother Dennis is a pilot and is currently a Customer TrainingSpecialist forBoeing.Partofhis job is todevelopandrevisecomputerbased training courseware for the Boeing 787. FAITH

Forme,my faith is the foundation ofwho I am. It givesme strength, courage and wisdom beyond my own. I may not be big and strongphysically, butGodhasblessedmewithagreatdealofemotionalandspiritual strength. MUSCLETESTING

Inasurvivalsituation, trustingyourinstinctsand“goingwithyourgut”can be extremely important. Where the trouble starts is when peoplebecome too distracted or overwhelmed by the situation they’re in tolisten to their gut. In times like these, muscle testing can provide youwith a centering experience and a clearer understanding of what youneed to do. I also have a canner which lets you cold-pack and canned fruits andvegetables. Cold or raw packing is simply packing the jars withnoncooked vegetables. For example, you can blanch tomatoes justenough to remove the skins and core them.Thenpack theheated jarswith cold tomatoes, lemon juice, and salt, and cover them with hotwater, leaving a ½ inch space at the top of the jar.
