Experience
Rauschert has been producing tech-nical parts for more than 100 years.Originally, we started with technicalceramic parts. Since 1966, we haveadded plastic injection molded partsto our portfolio.
Today, we manufacture technicalinjection molded parts from all com-mon thermoplastic resins.
Thanks to continuous investment in new production technologies andintensive training of our employees,Rauschert is one of the most pro-gressive manufacturers of injectionmolded plastic parts in Germany.

experience
Our production sites Oberbettingen /Vulkaneifel, Steinbach / Oberfrankenand Kunshan / China are supplying a diversified portfolio to internationaland medium-sized companies in a wide range of industries. In total, we employ about 300 qualifiedemployees.
In addition to our qualified person-nel, our quality management system, certified according to DIN EN 9001,will guarantee your satisfaction.
If you like, we can take care ofsome work for you!
Our service starts as early as thedesign phase. During the develop-ment of a new product, ourengineers will assist you with theirtechnical know how and experience. After the development phase, toolsare designed using the latest CADtechnology. During this phase, inter-faces to customer systems such asiges, catia, unigraphics and proengineer have proven successful.
We develop and manufacture precise injection molds in our state of the art tool shops, where we set extremely high standards for quality and durability.
Our 65 modern injection moldingmachines with clamping forces of up to 450 metric tons enable us tomold highly sophisticated parts. We are producing 1,200 differentproducts per year that meet the highest quality requirements.

Injection molded partsUnifying complex functions
The injection molding process allowsfree design of parts to be molded. This means injection molded partsfor the most diversified technicalrequirements can be manufacturedvery efficiently.
In addition to all standard thermo-plastics, Rauschert processes a number of specialized high-techresins that will meet maximum
■ mechanical
■ electrical
■ thermal and
■ environmental demands.

System componentsCombining the best of everything
System components consist ofassembled or insertmolded precision plastic, rubber, ceramicand / or metal parts.
These parts are assembled semi or fully automatic with the help of
■ insertmolding
■ ultrasonic welding
■ clipping or
■ bolting
We also offer:
■ pad printing
■ application of PU foam gaskets
We are pleased to offer you ourextensive knowledge in materialsand design. Furthermore we adviseyou on the various possibilities of a technically and economicallyefficient part assembly.
We can take the challenge!
Complete rotor housing for spin boxes in textilemachines, consisting of basicbody and top; ultrasonicallywelded, glued rubber sealing, installation kit and label;weight approx. 280 g; material: polycarbonate
Control housing made ofnylon, with injected transpa-rent polycarbonate window, for laser alignment instru-ments (weight approx. 150 g);minimum distortion thanks toglassfiber – glass ball fillermixture
Levers for electrical low-volta-ge switch gears and lockingunits with locks made ofnylon and brass components(weight 50-500 g)

Two-component plastic injection molded partsOptimizing design and function
Two-component plastic parts meethigh demands on optical andmechanical stability and functionality.
The two-component injection molding process is used to producematerial combinations for partsweighing up to 300 g. Since thisproduction process implies low unitprices but relatively high investmentin tools, only high quantity manufacturing is economical.
Examples:

Composite partsMastering extraordinary requirements
Composites are particularly suitablefor special demands in the areas ofwear, heat and insulation.
Composite components are normallymanufactured by insert-molding metal or ceramic parts in semi- or fully automatic processes.
In this field, our more than 100 yearsof experience in manufacturing anddevelopment of ceramic parts andour 40 years of know how in the plastic insert technology allow us toprovide optimum solutions for yourcomplex technical and economicalneeds.

Special processingSmall input – great result
Special surface finishing processesare performed mostly to enhance the appearance of a product and toimprove wear protection.
■ lacquering
■ in-mold-decoration
■ galvanizing
is allowing us to produce parts withhigh-quality finishes.
When painting or galvanizing, deco-ration of the parts takes place afterthe injection molding process.
In contrast to this, in-mold-decorati-on (IMD) takes place during theinjection molding process by takingover the decoration from a carrierfoil to the product. The decorationfoil can be laid out and printedaccording to customer requirementsmaking a wide variety of configurati-ons possible.
Lacquered heat-absorbing decorationpanel for vehicles;material: glassfiber-reinforced,heat-resistant PPA
