Files must allow for a non-live area of 1.225" to accommodate binding.
All printers’ marks must appear outside the bleed area.
ALL SUBMISSIONS
Files must be supplied as optimized, press-quality PDFs. All fonts must
be exported as outlines. All logos and images must be converted to
CMYK, with no spot colours, and must be a minimum of 300 dpi. Crop
marks, registration marks and colour bars must be at least 0.25" thick.
Bleed allowance of 0.125" must be adhered to. All printers’ marks must
be set at 0.125" to appear outside the bleed area. Material supplied
digitally cannot be guaranteed for accuracy of reproduction or colour.
Any submission supplied which does not meet specifications may be
reduced to fit a full page, or modified as necessary by the publisher.
Changes will be billable to the advertiser at standard rates.

ad should not include any abbreviations that, although commonly
used by travel industry professionals, may be confusing for consumers
(e.g., PP, EBB, etc.). Please spell out the entire word.
Magazines are delivered to a member agency’s valued client. By
advertising in the publication, your brand will be viewed as this agency’s
trusted partner. For this reason, it is imperative that your ad does
not include information that would lead a consumer to book directly
through your company. Do not include websites, telephone numbers
and booking codes in your ads. If you would like to use a call to action,
