Conclusiones
o El 16,7% de los CIV presentan mutaciones en BRCA1/2, de las cuales el
91% se presentan en BRCA2
o Los CI BRCA2+ se asocian con el tipo familiar (II) y el CM con GH avanzado
y en menor prevalencia con C. Próstata
o Los FVPM presentan una localización tumoral y un espectro mutacional más
heterogéneo que CIV
o Los FVPM en BRCA2+ tienen una mayor prevalencia de CM y C. Próstata,
mientras que los portadores BRCA1+ presentan otros tipos de tumor
En los hombres, las mutaciones se presentan principalmente en BRCA2 y se
asocian a CM y CP, mientras que las mutaciones en BRCA1 son escasas y
se asocian a un grupo heterogéneo de tumores
¿¿Qué “protege” a los hombres portadores de mutaciones en BRCA1
de desarrollar CM??
