We now offer pre-cooling on almost all tulip varieties.Please contact us by phone or email for more details.

How to OrderDue to the high volume of orders we receive, we encourage you to orderusing our downloadable order forms on www.ouramericanroots.com.Simply fill out the form, save it to your computer, and email a completedcopy to sales@ouramericanroots.com. Orders will be entered in the orderreceived. Please make sure to include your complete contact information.You can also place your order by Phone: (360) 263-2180 (Monday throughFriday 8:00am to 4:30pm PST) or by Fax: (360) 263-3180 at any time.

Discounts are available on larger orders of a single bulb type:For a single order over $3,000 of tulips or $1,000 of daffodils or Dutch Iris,

1 cent ($0.01) discount per bulb.For a single order over $6,000 of tulips or $2,000 of daffodils or Dutch Iris,

2 cents ($0.02) discount per bulb.Remember, these discounts are available for qualifying orders of a single bulbtype. Different bulb types cannot be mixed or matched to get a discount.

Deposits and Fees: You will receive order confirmation by mail or email.This acknowledgment will include your order number(s) for any futurechanges or inquiries. If you make any changes, an update will be sentconfirming changes. In mid to late June, a finalized invoice will be sent thatwill include all applicable shipping costs, and we will begin taking paymentfor orders. We accept payment by check/money order, credit card, and PayPal.

We require a 25% deposit for all your product on order by August 1st. Anyorder that has not been secured by the 25% deposit by August 1st may bereduced, canceled and/or the product made available to other customers.Any reductions and/or cancellations made by the customer after August 1st

will be subject to a $25 per tray restocking fee, taken from your deposit orrequired at time of cancellation.
