We have audited the accompanying Statement of Consolidated Financial Results ofRama Steel Tulres Limited ["the holding company'') and its subsidiaries {the HoldingCompany and its subsidiaries together referred as "the Group") for the quarter endedMarch 31st, 2017 and the financial results for the year ended March 31.t, 2017, attached,herewith, being submitted by the company pursuant to the requirement of Regulation33 ofthe SEBI flisting Obligations and Disclosure RequirementsJ Regulations, 2015.

The Statement of the financial results, which are the responsibility of the holdingcompany's management and approved by the Board of Directors, has been compliedfrom the related consolidated financial statements which has been prepared inaccordance with the Accounting Standards, prescribed, under Section 133 of theCompanies Act, 2013 read with relevant rules issued thereunder and other accountingprinclples generally accepted in India. Our responsibility is to express an opinion on theStatement based on our audit ofsuch consolidated financial statements.

We conducted our audit in accordance with the Standards on Auditing issued by theInstitute of Chartered Accountants of India. Those Standards require that we complywith ethical requirements and plan and perform the audit to obtain reasonableassurance about whether the Statement is free from material misstatement.

An audit involves perTorming procedures to obtain audit evidence about the amountsand the disclosure in the Statement. The procedure selected depend on the auditor'sjudgement, including the assessment of the risks of material misstatement of theStatement, whether due to fraud or error. [n making those risk assessments, the auditorconsiders internal control relevant to the Company's preparation and fair presentationof the Statement in order to design audit procedures that are appropriateness of theaccounting policies used and the reasonableness of the accounting estimates made bythe Managemen! as well as evaluating the overall presentation of the Statement.

We have audited the accompanying Statement of Standalone Financial Results of RamaSteel Tubes Limited["the company"J for the quarter ended March 31'r ,201-7 and thefinancial results for the year ended March 31st , 20'1"7 ,attached herewith, beingsubmitted by the company pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 33 of the SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
