Assemblyman Donnelly is joining a protest being held in the name of Gabriel Fernandez and other children who have been harmed as a result of negligence by the Department of Child and Family Services (DCFS). Assemblyman Donnelly will be accompanied by Attorney Brian Claypool and Dr. Ruby Dillon who will speak on the need to reform DCFS in light of cases like young Gabriel's death.TRANSCRIPT
