JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Pre & Post joining Formalities)

Pre joining formalities Follow up with prospective candidates about the date of joining and send

onboarding document check list. Work with System Administration team to allocate PC and create Email-ID.

Post joining formalities

Collect below mandatory documents duly filled by the employee Joining forms PF forms, New User Requisition forms Pre-employment verification

Verify originals of education, employment and other relevant documents and collect copies for employee file.

Provide guidance or Assist employees as necessary with filing of all the necessary forms.

Campus walkthrough and taking the new joinee for a company sponsored lunch on the first day of their joining.

Introduce new joinee to the concerned team members. Review Employee Handbook with the joinee and handover a copy to the new joinee

to ensure they can read and understand Companies Policies. Work with vendors to Request for ID cards & Business cards for employees. Work with Bank personnel to open a new bank account for new joinee. Schedule various Induction sessions and make sure every new joinee attends all the

sessions and goes through the Induction process. Conduct HR and Organizational Inductions.

Employee Engagement Activities As a Member of the Employee Activity Committee, responsible to organise various

employee fun activities/games/competitions. Broadcast email messages for birthday, festivals and various other occasions email. Responsible for supporting quarterly EAC activities by ordering snacks and ensuring

all employees receive snacks. Assist in organizing Company Annual day celebrations. Coordinate with vendors and employees to get the sizes and order “Company T-

shirt”. Coordinate various health check-ups organised by the company for the employees.
