PROJECT DESIGNOur design service ensures all aspects of yourapplication are considered when specifying yourpumped drainage solution.

Using the latest CAD technology our design departmentwill produce full design and manufacturing drawings ofthe pumping equipment for approval.

SITE SURVEYSWe will arrange a no obligation site survey for theproject at hand. We will undertake site surveys andinspections of pumping schemes for refurbishment,installation, insurance assessment and generalfeasibility studies.

The pumping scheme will be fully inspectedmechanically, electrically and for operational capabilitywith a full report of our findings and recommendations,giving peace of mind your project will run smoothly.

INSTALLATIONSOur services range from the supply/installation of newcontrol equipment and submersible pumps through tofull pump station refurbishments.

MAINTENANCE

The product should be inspected every three months.

A full visual inspection should be undertaken to theproduct and its overall condition, this must includethe chamber, floats, float brackets, pumps, liftingchains, shackles, pedestals, top brackets, guide rails,all internal pipework and valves, access cover, controlpanel etc.

In addition to the above it is important that the productundergoes a full service at a minimum frequency ofonce yearly (increased servicing frequency is subjectto site and product specific details. Where a productis serving more than a single residential dwelling and/or there is a risk of flooding as a result of productfailure the servicing frequency should be increasedaccordingly).

GUARANTEE

12-month component guarantee (please refer to outcondition of sale for further information). If within theguarantee period of a product any defect is discoveredin respect of workmanship, construction or material,we will make good the defect or replace the defectivepart at our expense inside normal working hours atthe company’s premises providing, written notice isgiven immediately the defect is discovered and that, if

This does not apply to defects caused by incorrectinstallation, abnormal conditions of working, accidents,misuse or neglect. Our responsibility is in all caseslimited to the cost of making good the defect orreplacing the defective part at the company’s premisesinside normal working hours.

The company excludes all liability for the consequentialor other damage or losses which may occur.
