POST : GENERAL MANAGER: LEGAL SERVICES CENTRE : HEAD OFFICE

REQUIREMENTS:

o Must have an LLB or equivalent qualification in Law with 5 years proven and appropriate experience at Senior Management level.

o Must have a LLM, o Must be an Admitted Attorney or Advocate with at least 9 years post admission

experience o The applicant must have written and successfully completed Bar examinations

and if the applicant is an attorney, the applicant must have appeared at least at a lower court and with proven experience in litigation

o Experience in regulatory compliance, monitoring and enforcement. o Legislative drafting and knowledge of conducting Regulatory Impact Assessments

REQUIREMENTS:

a minimum of 5 years post admission experience o Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Legal Services and 3 years of which have been at

management level. o Knowledge and experience of investigating, prosecution and legislative enforcement.

KNOWLEDGE:

REQUIREMENTS:

o 7 years’ experience in the legal environment of which 4 should have been in middle management
