lName:Radio shuttle is a racking system with high density storage including racking and electrically powered pallet runners which works with forklifts. The high efficient storage solution provides a new option to maximum use of warehouse volume.

uDesign standardsThe radio shuttle racking is base on Australian AS4084 Supp1 1993 standard. The low level rack standard is based on US Rack Manufacturing Institute. The high level rack standard is based on SEMA and FEM 10.2.02.

uSafety Standards & Quality CertificationRadio Shuttle Rack column and rails are made of rolled steel by high performance, the minimum safety factor is 1.65:1. Our company had adopted a new IOS9001 certification in 2003; also we are executive director of the China Logistics and Purchasing association. Executive director of a famous magazine called Logistics Technology and Application.

Combined shuttle rackingCombined shuttle racking system is a full automatic intensive storage system which consist of month-and-child shuttle, guide rail, racking, hoist, pallet conveyor, automatic control system, RWCS and WMS.

Shuttle and Bridge stacking systemIntelligent shuttle collaborate with warehouse stacker in WCS planes. They will manage the whole position together, which will largely increase management range of stacker.

Multi-level Shuttle warehouse systemTraditional multi-level warehouse system, is one single level add on another in case to make full use of space. Due to high loading requirement of building floors, it leads to high cost and waste of space in height.

⑥Some bottom of plastic pallet is hollow, affect shuttle looking for cargos, so some plastic pallet can not use either

【 Requirements for pallet 】

AUTOSAT is a automatic shuttle, as a drive in system of automatic warehouse, it can maximum use of warehouse volume, improving equipment production and storage efficiency.AUTOSAT is charging by a new lithium ion battery which is easy to charge. Under the control of radio transmitter, the shuttle moves the cargos on the pallet to drive-in narrow aisle.Only use a standard forklift can put AUSTOSAT to narrow aisle.
