SIRIM QAS Intemational, is the only appointedCertifying Agency (CA) by the MalaysianCommunications and Multimedia Commission(SKMM) under the Communications and MultimediaAct 1998 (CMA 1998) provides extensive services tothe industries. The Royal Malaysian Customs (KDRM)had appointed SIRIM Bhd. to deal with processingand approval of import permit for communicationproducts. Through networking and good relationshipwith SKMM, KDRM and other national regulatoryagencies, SIRIM QAS Intemational assists theindustries in maintaining legal compliance.

With these appointments, the Radio Frequency& Electromagnetic Compatibility Testing Section(RF&EMC)was established to provide services relatedto the testing of communication products and othercategories of product related to electromagneticcompliances.

With the objective to ensure all products testedand complied with the Technical Specifications/Standards, we offer a wide range of testing servicesby engaging a large pool of technically competentand experienced personnel.
