Options:

Automatic Interlock locks the opposing door when either the inside or outside door is opened.

Signalite is an indicator light on the darkroom side that lights when a cassette is placed in the pass box. This alerts the darkroom attendant that an exposed cassette/film is waiting.

The Rough in Frame, while not required, makes the installation less tedious or time consuming and results in a cleaner installation.

Opposing Wall Trim is used on the darkroom side of the installed cabinet to provide a more finished appearance and to help seal any small light leaks.

The Deluxe Auto-Traction Straps are perfect for geriatric patients whose arms or wrists cannot take the strain of regular auto-traction straps. These straps are the most comfortable and effective method of achieving traction on both shoulders.

MULTI-STRAP

Multi-Strap is a velcro strap that has the soft side of velcro and the Hook side of velcro affixed back to back. It is as strong as tape but soft to the skin. It is also reusable, radiolucent, and easily applied. It can be cut to any length.

PNEUMATIC COMPRESSION PADDLE

The Pneumatic Compression Paddle is used for guided compression during radiographic studies of the gastro-intestinal tract. The paddle is inflated beneath the patient to increase pressure in a concentrated area.

The paddle is made of Lucite. The imbedded metal ring provides quick fluoroscopic localization.

Replacement parts and a wall hanger are available.

URETERAL COMPRESSION DEVICE

The Ureteral Compression Device is used in excretory urography. The belt fits around the waist of the patient so that he may be repositioned quickly for studies at any angle. The belt is 65” long and the plastic plate is sewn into the belt for easy handling.

COMFORT CUSHION

The Comfort Cushion offers relief to patients with back pain during long procedures. It is ideal for Special Studies, Cardiac Cath, EP, and Endoscopy Labs. Can be used under the neck, shoulders, lower back, knees or heels. Eliminates the awkward use of rolled up towels or pillows.

Consists of a 1/2” thick thermal foam pad on top of a 10” x 14” inflatable bladder. The bladder is enclosed in a waterproof nylon cover. An inflator bulb attached to 24” of tubing allows inflation without disturbing the sterile drapes on the patient or table. Will inflate as much as 6” high. Can be cleaned with disinfectant after each use.

This device provides total infant restraint and reduces the number of retakes caused by patient movement. Once the child is positioned in the cradle with soft cotton straps, the rest of the positioning can be done by moving the cradle, not the infant.

SCATTER SHIELD & BLANKET

ADJUSTABLE SCATTER SHIELD

Provides lower extremity protection from scatter radiation to personnel in close proximity to the x-ray tube, especially during lateral head studies.

The shield system moves with the table for uniform, continuous protection during the case. The shield can be easily draped.

It easily mounts on any table that has a side rail. The system features a turn knob that makes for quick adjustments and removal.

This shield is made of 0.5 mm Pb and is vinyl covered. Measures 24" wide by 32" long, but can be made longer to fit your specific needs. Width cannot be varied. Royal Blue only.

Vision panels of lead glass or leaded acrylic (Clear Pb) of any size may be chosen; if the vision panel is to be full width, only Clear Pb can be used. If the vision panel is less than full width, Clear Pb or lead glass can be used but a minimum 6" border on all sides of the vision panel is required. All panels are covered in beige vinyl and are lined with 1.5mm lead. Choose either lead glass or Clear Pb from the chart on the following page.
