British Columbia launched a massive review of 8,000 diagnostic tests performed by four unqualified radiologists
in 2011. Three patients died and another nine were harmed after being misdiagnosed.

Radiologists need better tools that allow them to better understand the accuracy of their diagnoses.
Currently, there is no tool in place that allows for feedback of medical scans.
The ability to track specific patients' outcomes throughout the diagnostic process would help both new and established radiologists learn from experience and improve the quality of their practice
