• Exercise plays a large role in the health of the elderly because without daily, or near daily exercise, muscles can start to deteriorate. People 50 and up (including our 75 year old man) need to do daily cardio workouts to keep their heart healthy.

Justification

• Prune juice provides a good source of nutrients like; fiber, fat, and others things like that.

• The main course is a healthy way to get all the other nutrients he doesn’t get from the juice and the side dish.

• The side dish has good fruits that will give the 75+ man the micronutrients.
