BSU does support the fans...but since I'm a student. I support

this because the purchases from BSU Bronco Shop help

support my scholarship. local knockoffs don't support money

towards the BSU General Scholarship. You all need to all stop

being so cheap.

“Boise State University has taken this important action because the revenue generated from

the sale of licensed merchandise is used to fund student scholarships,” Boise State

spokesperson Frank Zang said. “Anyone who sells unlicensed or infringing product is not

only misleading consumers but also effectively taking scholarship money out of the pockets

of our students. The unlicensed shirts sold by Fred Meyer clearly trade off the goodwill and

reputation of Boise State and its valuable trademarks.

Exactly..that is why we need every scholarship

dollar we can get from our licence and

trademarks.

Lets let BSu control thier own product. this isn't two

little kids selling something they made on a street

corner. Funny how everyone faults BSU for this and

not the bigger corporate giant.

Cheers for BSU! Anytime they can raise contributions to the general scholarship fund and give

more money to students that need it, I'm in favor. Why wouldn't you protect what's yours and, do

you think that BSU is the first school to fight this fight??? I plan to put Ms. Bickerton's phone

number in my address book so I can call her when I see unlicensed products. Shame on Fred

Meyers. BTW, I buy season tickets for both football and basketball tickets and I give to the

general scholarship funds and I'll keep giving.
