Selecting & Downloading Rounds

Once all rounds are selected & manifestsare downloading the Main Menu screenwill display:

‘Downloading manifests…..’ in GREY

After approx 30 secs this willintermittently flash BLUE

Selecting ‘View manifest header’ willdisplay the parcel / pickup / collection /service offer counts as below

Courier Receipt Scan

•Cancel Receipt Scanning

During or on completion of Receipt Scan,if the ‘Back’ button is selected a checkmessage will display:

‘Yes’ to delete all Receipt Scans

‘No’ to retain all Receipt Scans

Design Your Route

•Reverse Order

Selecting ‘Reverse order’ will now saveany collections / pickups at the top of theroute order list

AND all deliveries will be in reverse order

Hit The Road

•Signature Capture

Signature capture box, is inverted, sothat the signatory cannot inadvertentlyuse the HHT keypad buttons

AND

the courier can retain possession of theHHT whilst the signature is beingobtained

•Safe Place Delivery

List of Safe Places is now re-ordered toreflect most commonly used

If ‘Letterbox’ is selected, there is norequirement to enter a calling cardnumber

•Calling Card Number

You can scan the barcode on a callingcard to enter the number when required

Pickup Scan 1/4•Multiple Manifested PickupsMultiple pickups from the same address,when manifested, can be actioned atonce, by scanning each parcel &collection barcode in turn

The count at the top of the screen willinform you when you have matched allpickups to the pickup request on themanifest

Select ‘Create New Pickup…’ from theOptions Menu

Scan Parcel barcode then scanCollection Pad barcode

Total at top of screen changes as moreunmanifested pickups are scanned

When scanning complete hit the Donebutton to continue

Select if these pickups are beingcollected with a Signature or from a SafePlace

Select ‘Manifest Info’ from the OptionsMenu to view the manifests that havebeen downloaded that day

•End of Day Summary

Displays an itemised list of actionscompleted during the working day:

Successful Deliveries - the number ofparcels delivered to signature or safeplace

Attempted Deliveries - the number ofparcels carried forward from Hit the Road

Unsuccessful Deliveries - the number ofparcels logged as Final Attempt or NonDelivery Reason

Successful Pickups - the number ofparcels collected from signature or safeplace (manifested & unmanifested)

Successful Collections - the number ofcollections collected (manifested &unmanifested)

Carried Forward - the number of parcels / pickup requests / collection requestscarried forward from Hit the Road orduring End of Day process

End of Day & Sign Out
