Appellant seeks immediate review of an order setting his bond at $250,000 on the condition that appellantis subject to court-supervised release and electronic home monitoring and is prohibited frorn any contactwith family, friends, co-defendants or witnesses. A previous order established bond at $100,000 on thecondition that the appellant be subject to court-supervised release. We note that Crim.R. 46(E) allows acourt to order additional or different types, amounts, or conditions of bail at any time.
Appellant was not denied bond; if he had been, that order would have been immediately appealable underR.C. 2937.222(D).
The order amending the terms of appellant's bond is not a final appealable order. Therefore, this appealwill be dismissed.
