The AMJRNC Patriotic Social Celebration will provide an ice cream/dessert bar, patriotic activities, and DJ. Participant and on-site non participant tickets are included in the event packages. Additional pre-order tickets are ONLY available until Wednesday, June 24, 2020, for $20 via online registration. Event Parking is FREE.

All-inclusive on site package housing will take place at the Gettysburg College Residence Halls. The Coach of Record will complete the AMJRNC Rooming Preference Request FORM at their earliest convenience. There are three dorm style options to choose from during the AMJRNC Rooming Preference Request (see link above). Rooms will be filled on a first come first serve basis.
Three dorm style options are:
● Apartment Style - two to four people with living area, kitchen, and shared bathroom. Four toilets with two - three showers.
● Traditional Dorm Style - two people with common space that includes kitchen. Shared bathrooms. Mens on one side and women on the other side.
● Hotel (older) Dorms - two people with NO common space. Shared bathroom in the room. Converted hotel rooms to dorm style. We will use this style only if we have a huge request for on-site housing.
On-site Amenities
● On-site laundry facilities are free. Bring or purchase detergent. ● Floor lounge and TV on each floor. ● Wifi is free through the Gettysburg College guest wifi. ● Security - Key card access, AED and fire alarms in each dorm. The campus is protected
by the emergency response team. Blue Light Security and campus security 24/7. ● Gettysburg College Pool. Open to all inclusive on-site attendees in the evenings. ● Gettysburg College Climbing Wall. Open to all inclusive on-site attendees in the evenings

Dorm Access & Keys

All on-site attendees will receive a card and two keys to the dorms for entrance. All-Inclusive On-site Participants and Non-Participants must send in a key deposit to guarantee their room and meal options. The key deposit covers the cost of the dorm key, dorm room key, and dining card. A $200 check payable to Gettysburg College per participant must be submitted by April 1,

2020. Coach of Record will send all team checks to Anita Gabel, 941 Longbrook Drive, Wadsworth, OH 44281.
At the conclusion of the event, the Coach of Record will collect all dorm keys and return them to AMJRF at the time of check-out. If all keys are returned without damage, the key deposit check will be returned to the Coach of Record. Dorm keys that are lost will require the $200 key deposit fee to be utilized to cover the cost to replace the lock and key. Any remaining checks will be destroyed.
Off-Site Housing - Hotels
The hotels below have rooms blocked under American Jump Rope National Championship. All participants are welcome to stay off-site at their own expense. This is a popular area and hotels will fill up quickly, so please book as soon as possible.

Meals Meals will be provided for those that have purchased an All-inclusive on-site package. Concessions will be available for all other participants and spectators. On Site Volunteers will be provided with a boxed lunch on the day that they volunteer. No outside food will be allowed in the facilities. Please plan accordingly. Athletes may bring in a bottle water and lite snacks, but they will only be allowed in the facility entry way. No coolers will be allowed. NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES are allowed in the gym at anytime as per John F. Jaeger Center rules. Water will be

available in the Field House ONLY. Volunteer snacks and beverages will be available in the Hospitality Room ONLY.
New Oxford High School Boxed Lunch (June 24): A boxed lunch will be served for all on-site participants and on-site non participants at New Oxford High School cafeteria. Additional healthy concession items will be available for cash purchases. All off-site participants and spectators are welcome to eat in downtown New Oxford (Chick-fil-A, Firehouse Subs, Five Guys, Subway, etc.). No outside food will be allowed in the facility. All food must be consumed in the cafeteria. Please plan accordingly.
Gettysburg College (June 25-27)
● Gettysburg College Servo Dining: Servo Dining Hall will be the location for most all-inclusive on-site package meals. This spacious, modern dining hall offers breakfast, lunch, & dinner. Dietary concerns visit click here. It is located next to the Gettysburg College John F. Jaeger Center at 300 N Washington St, Gettysburg, PA 17325. All-inclusive package attendees will receive a meal card at check-in for daily meal purchases. This will be located with the ID Badge (Credentials).
● The Bullet Hole: Located in the Gettysburg College Union Building, you’ll find an array of food choices for everyone’s taste. Try Abe’s Faves, Kazue, Higher Bred, Pi, or Root!
● Commons Marketplace: Located in the College Union Building, serving Starbucks coffee, pastries, snacks, and stocking personal items.

Transportation/Parking All-inclusive on-site lodging participants will be provided transportation to the event venues through AMJRF. Pick up and drop off will be in front of Gettysburg College John F. Jaeger Center. We will provide airport transportation to on-site participants from Harrisburg Airport ONLY. Airport information must be provided during on-line registration to utilize this option. On-site lodging participants must show their event ID to use this service for transportation to and from New Oxford High School. Parking is available for local and car rental participants and/or spectators.

1. New Oxford High School (June 24) event parking is FREE. 2. Gettysburg College (June 23-27) parking is FREE. Please park in the Musscleman
parking lot located across from the John F. Jaeger Center and Constitution parking lot adjacent to the dorms. Parking tickets will be issued to those vehicles that are not in these parking lots.

All on-site participants and on-site non participants will have airport transportation provided to Harrisburg International Airport ONLY. Transportation options are selected during online registration.

*Age and gender divisions may be expanded if there are enough athletes to justify an additional
division. Likewise, if there are less than four competitors, the competition committee reserves the

Grand National Championship Qualification
The top 6 overall athletes/teams in every event and gender category, regardless of age, will qualify for the Grand National Championships
Final Competition Event Schedule: Released no later than June 1, 2020
Awards: Top 3 in each age and gender division will receive awards.

Judges and Volunteers
General Expectations
● Coaches must nominate at least one certified IJRU judge and one volunteer for every 4 competitors.
● Check-in with Judge Coordinator prior to the start of their assigned session(s). ● Attire: AMJRF Judge Shirt (issued during check-in) and black pants. No open-toed
shoes. ● Attend the Judge and coaches meeting June 23rd from 7pm-8pm in the Gettysburg
College Auditorium.
Entry and Meals
● All judges and volunteers will receive free admission for the competition day that they’ve been assigned.
● Lunch vouchers will be provided for days a judge or volunteer is assigned. If he/she misses lunch, we will provide extra lunch and snacks in the Hospitality Room.
Judge Compensation
● All IJRU-certified judges will receive a stipend for judging at the conclusion of the event on Saturday, June 27, 2020.
● Judges will receive judge shirt, lunch, hospitality room entrance, free admission on the day of judging, and stipend check. AMJRF Judge shirt will be available for pickup during check-in.

REFUNDS: Refunds requested on or before April 1, 2020 will eligible for a 75% refund. Refunds

AMJRF Credentials & Team Photos Credentials (ID Badge) are used to verify each attendees information. Competitors and Coach of Record need to have credentials to be admitted into the competition facility, practice area, and competition floor for each competition event. All-Inclusive package judges will use their credentials to be on the competition floor during the competition. Off-Site judges will be given a daily JUDGE credential to be admitted in the competition and be allowed on the competition floor during their judging assignment ONLY.
Attendee Photos Digitally upload a clear attendee photo for each competitor, volunteer, judge, and coach in your AMJRF membership profile. Please update before April 1, 2020. Guidelines:
● File size between 300-600KB. ● Portrait facing straight on, cropped to neck and above. ● No highly edited or filtered photos
Team Photos The team photo will be used for the event program. Send a clear team photo that you would like featured in our event program to Austin Gabel at [email protected]. Please put your team name as the subject line in the email as follows: [TEAM NAME] Team Picture. Due April 1, 2020.

Check-in Process The official Coach of Record listed on the AMJRNC online registration and each competitor will check-in. During Check-in, the Coach of Record will receive a Coaches Welcome Packet, participation gifts, and pre-paid programs. Each competitor will need to check in at our AMJRNC Competitor Verification Check-in Station. We will be verifying each competitor by checking a copy of their birth certificate or government photo ID. If you arrive outside of these hours, please contact Traci Grissom at (614) 204-5946 for assistance.

Coach of Record Check-in Procedures Follow the signs in the registration office located in the Gettysburg College, College Union Building (CUB).
1. Welcome Station. The Coach of Record will be greeted by our AMJRNC Staff and initial instructions will be given to help navigate through the check in procedure. A Coaches Welcome Packet will be given. The registration procedure list is included in this packet.
2. Competition Entries Pickup. Heats and stations for competition entries will be given. Changes will not be accepted at this point unless there is an injury or flight cancellation/delay.
3. Volunteer Check-in. Check carefully for judge certification, date of assignment, and shirt sizes. Judges and Volunteer shirts will be given to the Coach of Record.
4. Completion and signoff. All-inclusive package check-out times and departure procedures will be verified. Participation gifts and purchased programs will be given when all AMJRNC registration items are finalized if all other stations have been completed and signed off by AMJRNC Staff.
Competitor Verification Check-in Procedures
1. Each competitor will be greeted by our AMJRNC Staff. Initial instructions will be given to the competitor to help them navigate through the Competitor Verification procedure.
2. Each competitor must present a copy of their birth certificate or photo ID to verify their date of birth as entered for the American Jump Rope National Championship.

3. Once verification is complete, each competitor will receive their AMJRNC Credentials (ID Badges).
Coaches and Volunteer (Judges, pushers, or tabulators) meeting: Meeting begins at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, June 23, 2020, at Gettysburg College Union Building. Volunteer assignments are issued to the Coach of Record. All teams are required to have one coach (Coach of Record) represented at the meeting in order to compete. The Coach of record will communicate with the Tournament Director throughout the event for all event concerns.
Check-out Process On-site attendees will need to be checked out by the Coach of Record. The Coach of Record must return all room keys and meal cards at one of the times listed above. Anyone leaving before 8:00 am on June 28th due to an early flight departure, please make arrangements with Traci Grissom. All key deposits will be returned to the Coach of Record when the room keys and meal cards are turned in. Breakfast is available from 8:00 - 10:00 am at the Gettysburg College Servo Dining Hall.
