Raw Materials
◆Raw materials play a vital role for the tableware quality. The raw material of
the tableware is pulp board made from different kinds of pulp including grass
pulp and wood pulp which are rich in resourse.
◆Different raw materials will result in different effects on the hardness, color, surface
finish and points,so different processing methods are needed to attain the good quality
pulp. Proportion of different types of pulp board can achieve different performance of
products.

1.2 Thermo Forming + Stacking System
Brief description of the system: .
1.Thermoforming machine (with the function of forming, drying, hot pressing and stacking): the pulp is vacuumized to evenly attach to
special forming mold as wet blank which is transferred to hot pressing mold;
2.With finished products made through drying and hot pressing processes; 3.Finally the finished
products will be transferred and stacked together.
4.Stacking system is installed in the forming machine to stack the after-drying products automatically.
