About us
We are an Italian company with close ties to the city of Parma in Northern Italy, the capital of the Italian Food Valley, already world famous for its ham and cheese products.
This region is a secret treasure store of culinary delights, and our aim is to supply the best of these to the UK market, sourced directly from small local producers including Parma ham and cheese, as well as some of the other wonderful, lit-tle-known specialities typical of this area.
We are always on the lookout for new and exciting prod-ucts, made with all the care and attention of centuries of food excellence. We personally visit all our suppliers and check that their processes comply fully with the stringent
quality and safety standards required for importing food into the UK retail and restaurant trade.
