• Online accounts are purchased for one year at $299 initially– Renew again for $299 per license after year one– Option to renew monthly for $29.95 per license

Deleting the print file

• If a user is experiencing a problem with printing in his or her

Reckon Online account, then another thing to do is delete the

print file

• The print file may have become corrupt, and deleting it can

resolve any printing issues

Hints around Emailing

• Why do emails I send out of QuickBooks not appear to come

from my address?

• Emails I send don’t show in my sent items – why not? How

“Username or password incorrect”

• Importance of distinguishing between credentials for

QuickBooks Hosted and credentials for the company file

• Correct Username format– Preceding QBI\ (not /)

• Password Reset – “it’s not letting me in”
