Serum or plasma pRBCs
(packed Red Blood Cells)
Whole blood• EDTA• ACD
Do not use Heparin
• CPD• Plain tube
Centrifuge blood tube in order to collect serum or plasma.
Centrifuge blood tube.Discard the serum or plasma to collect pRBCs.
OR
Collect blood from blood bag segment.
