Storing general documents in BEMIR1. Locate the OnePortal BEMIR page by selecting ‘BEMIR’ in the One Portal Quick links menu.

2. Select the BEMIR – Production Live Environment hyperlink to access the BEMIR log-in page.

3. From the Home Page, to access the View Facility page, search for your facility using the search box located in the top left-hand corner section and then select the location from the search result.

4. Select the Facility’s Document button, located below the Facility Details banner (see image below).

5. Locate and select the Create New button:

6. Complete the required fields to identify the document including the location pathway and ensure you tick the box Viewable by Tenant box.

7. Click Create to upload the document into BEMIR. The document will be visible in the Facility document listing.
