Define a catchy title for your Idea Challenge and explain

what your Idea Challenge is about and why you are looking

for ideas.

Step 3 : Enter inspirational questions and one

master question

• What are great new flavours?

• What could the packaging work

and look like?

• What are additional features of

the product?

• What could be awesome names

for the product?

• Don’t forget to add one master

question that brings the whole

question: «What is your idea for

a new beverage product?»

Step 4 : Add inspirational pictures. You can use them

later when you configure your ideation process with

the tool «imageshuffle»

Now it's time to compose and ideation

process.

A process is what innovators

participating will see from your Idea

Challenge.

Define your tasks. Each task consists

of one inspiration question and one

allocated tool. Change order of your

tasks simply by drag and drop.

Therefore, click on the «+» icon



What you get is a selection of tools.

First, choose the tool «Challenge

Intro».

This is a chart that shows the

challenge description to your

innovators.

Don’t choose any question with it.



Now, choose the tool «Idea

compression intro».

It will show a standardized

introduction text before

your innovators will see all your

inspirational questions.

Don’t choose any question with it.



Now, choose the tools you want to

use along with your inspirational

question.

Don’t choose your «master» question

yet.

One such tool is the «Canvas» tool.



In case you did upload some

inspirational pictures, you can also

choose the tool «imageshuffle»

This tool will show your inspirational

pictures in a random manner along

with one of your inspiration question.

Just try it out! It’s awesome!



When you added all of your

inspirational questions, it’s time to

choose the tool «Idea Compression

intro»

This will show a quick standardized

introduction to about what is

happening at the Idea Compression

phase, where all idea fragments

collected are merged into complete

ideas.



Now, it’s time to choose your

«master» question.

Choose it along with one of the

Idea Compression tools, such as

«Idea Combinator – Idea

Compression».

Add a pic or an icon for

your Idea Challenge



When you think your Idea Challenge

is ready for a test, just click on the

«Get link to start» link and have a

look at your Idea Challenge.

Of course, you can always go back to

the edit mode of your Idea Challenge

and change the questions or the

configuration of your Idea Challenge.

Step 6: Review and test it! yutongo Boot Camp:


Your Idea Challenge is ready for

reviewing.
