Quick Guide to Understanding Auto
Transport Testimonials
Many customers will thoroughly research and read auto transport testimonials before selecting a
company. Here’s a quick guide on how to write auto transport testimonials and what to look for when
you’re doing research.
First, only leave auto transport testimonials for specific companies, such as your broker and your trucking company. If your delivery is a week late,
this is the fault of the trucking company and not the broker.
However, if you are experiencing a lack of communication with unanswered
emails and phone calls, this is the fault of the broker
It’s important to understand the difference of services between your carrier and your broker
Your carrier is responsible for the delivery of your vehicle and anything that happens to it during transportation
Your broker is responsible for coordinating the delivery and making sure things run smoothly
Leaving bad reviews for the wrong company will put that company in a negative light for unfair reasons
Take testimonials that you find online with a grain of salt. Also, take your time to read through reviews and use common sense as you go—bad reviews with 1 or 2 stars with no supportive data aren’t very reliable
If you’re unhappy at the end of your transaction, attempt to resolve any problems with your broker or carrier before leaving your review—this gives both parties the chance to make things right
